Add 250-275 ml heated to 35-40°C water (whey or kefir) to the flour mixture (for 500g package), mix well till blended mixture. You can add 15-20 g heated butter or margarine. Leave in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. Roll the dough in 5mm layer and put it into a greased with oil baking tray.
Put a filling on top (hard cheese, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, anion, green beans, cooked egg e.g.). For special smell you can use different spices.
Bake for 15-20 min at 200-220°C.
