Add 250-275 ml warm water (whey or kefir) and 2 table spoons oil to the flour mixture (for 500g package), mix well till blended mixture. Leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Roll the dough n 5mm layer and put it into a greased with oil baking tray. Put filling on top (hard cheese, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, anion, green beans, cooked egg e.g.). For special smell you can use different spices. Bake for 15-20 min at 200-220°C.
