Bake for 15-20 min in the oven heated to 180-200°. Cool the pie shells, cut through-thickness into two parts, spread cream on every half and pile them. Decorate the top of the cake with nuts, candied or fresh fruit. Leave to soak for 8-10 hours. For sour cream you need to blend 500 g sour scream and 300 g sugar, add marmalade, jam or fruit at will.
