Pieces of such flour are of different size and shells availability is define without any additional equipment. Benefit of peeled rye flour is in its easy digestion and chemical composition. Pastry made from such flour increases body resistance and also activates the process of hormone and antibodies production. Vitamins group B contain in peeled rye flour in a big amount.
