Add in small parts 250ml water to the flour mixture, than add 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon vodka. Mix well, make ductile, not very hard dough. Divide the dough into 3-4 parts, roll every part 2-3 mm thin, cut into small long stripes or other figures. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes till light brown. Put TWIGLETS on paper napkin for removing the oil, let them cool and sprinkle with sugar powder.
